Introduction

Debrid Gel

Debrid Gel is a transparent hydrogel containing sodium alginate which facilitates the wound healing process by natural and gently elimination of necrotic tissue and fibrinous slough autolytically without any damage to the viable healing tissue. As a primary and highly biocompatible dressing, it causes superior hydration in the wound bed. Unlike surgical/sharp debridement, using this hydrogel is non-invasive, and consequently does not cause pain and bleeding.
