ChitoSponge

Hemostasis is one of the concerns of every surgeon. The ChitoSponge is a gelatin sponge that stops bleeding effectively and rapidly, and intended for the control of bleeding during all surgeries. ChitoSponge is biocompatible and it does not stimulate the immune system or cause allergic reactions. This product stops bleeding in less than 2 minutes.

Bovine Gelatin

Intended use:

  • ENT and thyroid Surgery,
  • Abdominal and spleen surgery,
  • Parenchymal tissue surgery and liver biopsy,
  • Orthopedic surgery,
  • Anorectal and urology surgery,
  • Gynecological surgery,
  • Cosmetic surgery,
  • Stopping tumor bleeding,
  • Stopping fistula bleeding during dialysis,
  • Stopping bleeding in hard-to-reach places.

Warnings:

After hemostasis, remove ChitoSponge from the body.

Instruction for use:

  • Place a sufficient amount of ChitoSponge on the bleeding site and apply moderate pressure on it.
  • Once bleeding has stopped, remove ChitoSponge carefully.
